iPhone battery 6 is compatible with the iPhone 6S?

iPhone battery 6 is compatible with the iPhone 6S???

And, iPhone battery 6 Plus is compatible with the iPhone 6S Plus?

I tried to place the battery iphone 6 Plus, in the iPhone 6S Plus, and the phone worked, but not sure is there any problem in using this battery.

No, they are cheap enough. Just buy a new one.

No, they're not interchangeable, their flex ribbon connectors are different.

I'm sorry, but looking at the pictures, the connector looks the same.

After comparing both connectors look at the middle. The notch / indent or whatever it is called varies in size which should make it not fit properly.

I Also cannot put my iphone 6s battery back . is it possible for you to switch iphone 6 battery with iphone 6s battery

As @kaye74173 said it is not possible (i tried for the sake of this question). If you try to force in the battery connector it might end up breaking the connector itself or the connector socket
