Altavoz funciona solo con manos libres

Buenas tardes. Actualmente he reparado mi el lg l5 cambiándole todo el flex del conector de carga y cuando se lo cambie y lo monte no funcionaba el micrófono a la hora de hablar. Pense que era fallo del flex y pedí otro. Lo vuelvo a cambiar y me sigue dando el mismo problema. Ya miré la configuración, miré en accesibilidad y no encuentro el fallo por ningun lada. Será el flex que vendría otra vez mal? o ya no se que hacer.

Speaker works only with hands-free

Good afternoon. Currently I have repaired my lg l5 by changing the entire charging connector flex and when you change it and mount it did not work the microphone when speaking. I thought it was failure flex and ordered another. I again changed and still gives me the same problem. I looked and configuration, I looked at accessibility and can not find any failure by Lada.
