Why is laptop shutting down when plug it into the wall socket

whenever I plug it into the wall outlet, the screen goes black, as soon as i unplug it, it boots back up. It started this after windows 10 downloaded.

Hi, you need to check your power saving options. Go to your search box and type power plan.. You should be able to make adjustments there.
