Printer will not print I received an error message 0x610000f6

My printer is a HP Officejet 6700 Premium. I also received a message on my computer which said: scan to computer no longer activated

"scan to computer no longer activated" this is a network connection problem / unactivated on the PC app/softawere

in regards to your error

you can try the following '''In some cases, removing the ink cartridges and resetting the printer can clear the error message.

'''

1.Turn on the printer.

2.Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.

3.Disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the printer. If your printer has a network or wireless connection, leave it connected.

4.Remove the ink cartridges from the printer.

5. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from outlet or power strip.

6.Wait for about one minutes and Plug the power back to the printer .

7.Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.

8.Wait until the warm-up and become silent.

9.Reinsert the ink cartridges, and then close the ink cartridge access door.

10.If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.

13.If you have disconnected the USB cable, reconnect it and Try to print.

I still get the same error message but I sure thank you for having me try this.

then I suggest u open up the printer and looking for any broken parts especially at the print head resting station?
