By box I presume you mean the plastic case that the Nano is packaged in. The outside measurement of the box measures 2.19"x2.19"x1.70" or 55.6mm x 55.6mm x 43.3mm. The wall thickness is 0.06" or 1.5mm. Remember that the corners are rounded.
If I may be so bold, what do you plan to do with the box?
