Horizontal line on middle divided tv screen;top screen look more ligth color with horizon line,it can be fussy and double.,. sometimes it twitches, my TV only 4 years .What it can be? it s worth repair or i can put it on garbage?

Irina Dubro it is possible (but unlikely) that the tcon board is the issue, however the LCD panel itself could be bad and thats not an option to replace. Your call in this case. A T-con board can be had for around $50USD
