motherboard gets short circuited frequently
From few days ....after 4-5 hours of shutdown my laptop (dell inspiron 1545) won't start up again. When i take it to the technician, he always tells the same problem that there is a short circuit in the mother board and every time He changes some ICs and laptop gets started. But again after continuous shut down for 4-5 hours laptop won't start.

@ashekhar since we do not know what he changes out, it will be really difficult to answer. Ask him what he changes out and where is the part located on the motherboard?
