@arpit if you are talking about the "flap" on the cable, there is not much you can do about it. Either replace the RJ45 connector or replace the cable. You'll find some great instruction about how to replace the connector on here

@arpit there should not be any flaps in the famels part of that connector. The flap from the cable fits into an opening in the famlea connector. To remove the cable you depress the flap and remove it. there are no flaps in that end. If your connector is broken, You will have to use some soldering skills to replace it since it is soldered to the board. What will even tougher is to scrounge a new port.

On some thin laptops, there's also a flap on the female RJ45, this permits to include this port despite the thickness of the laptop. It reproduces a part of the shape of the port.

Mine is broken too, I tried to fix it many times but now it's really broken, I'm using adhesive but it's really unconvenient so I'm also searching a good solution...

Asus K551L has a spring loaded flap on the RJ45 port. It’s hinged with plastic pins, thinner of them (the one that has the spring) was broken on mine.

I grabbed a paper clip, straightened one end, heated it up with a lighter and pressed into the plastic where the plastic pin had broken off. Then just cut off the rest of the paper clip and you have a metal pin. Put the spring back (longer leg goes into the laptops underside, a small hole in the bottom corner) and shorter leg has a visible hole on the flap itself.
