I have disassembled the left ear speaker and have pictures and can take measurements of the 2.5mm jack. There is a 4 pin plug which has leads from the jack PCB board, blue, red, green, white. The PCB holds the jack socket and is mounted to the ear housing with 2 small screws. The jack socket is SMD mounted with 5 pin pads - 2 at the top flanking near the insertion, 1 left middle, 1 bottom right, 1 bottom center. https://i.imgur.com/tVm45Bv.jpg

I am going to call JBL to find out if I can obtain the replacement PCB.

The part you need is: SA-HM14PA0300-B

That'll get you the small PCB with the charging jack (new part).

Costs ~ $9 + shipping

Call JBL Tech Support @: (800) 336-4525 (also on JBL support website - link below)

Last I checked they still had a couple in stock.

Note: You'll need to de-solder/re-solder the wires back to the replacement part, so find help if you don't have soldering experience.

If you can open it up and find what perhaps the pad pattern and jack should look like, possibly you can find the same piece on AliExpress and then buy it and resolder it on. it involves surface mount soldering though, most likely.

Hey, first of all you will need to open it. I recommend you to go to this video link to learn how:

Very helpful for the issue. And be careful with the pins... so tricky!

The charging port is the same port used by the 2.5mm jack on the left ear side. It uses a USB Type A to 2.5mm male jack supplied cable. If you are missing that cable, you should be able to get a replacement from JBL.
