Electrical Problem. need location for circuit D1 , fuse 2, 10 Amp

2001 Dodge Grand Caravan: Hot in start, run or off for instrument cluster. Red and White wire. No power indicated at this time.

I'm not understanding what's wrong with your van, but this picture shows fuse 2. It's for the parking lights.

I had replaced the starter that morning. It cranks and runs now, but now the turn signals don't work. Neither does the tacometer or gas gauge.

There are two ground wires that have to be removed to replace the starter. Did you reattach both of them? The small one may be the ground for all of those. It looks like the photo I gave you is wrong. Our Caravan has two fuses, one for each side. They are in the same location as fuse 2 in the picture. The ground wire is the only thing I can think of that you could have disturbed though.

Hi I have a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan raido goes on but I have no sound I have changed the fuse m12 30amp still no sound
