improve performance and upgrade my current MacBook
I'd like to see the max hardware upgrade both in ram and hard drive.

RAM: 2 SO-DIMM slots
Up to 8GB of 1066MHz DDR3 SDRAM
Any SATA hard drive should do, there is no max, the stock configurations are:
320GB (5400-rpm) hard drive
500GB (5400-rpm) hard drive
128GB, 256GB, or 512GB solid-state drive
