What might be causing a rattling noise in the Slingbox SOLO?

It sounds like there is plastic moving around in the Slingbox SOLO when it is moved. It might be the casing, how do I check to see if the casing is broken?

The case might be broken or there might be something lose inside.

You can take the case off and see if any small pice falls out
