SOLVED: My phone screen is black. - iPhone 5c

My phone screen is black.

I charged my phone it still wont turn on, when i plug it on the computer it pop up but i cant do anything to it. I did the hard reset ,nothing work.screen is black.

Options

Can you try using a different charge cord if that doesn't help the next step is to replace the battery. If there's still no joy then the charging port is the next step
