wont let me play one certain disk

hi my asus laptop wont let me play one certain disk but will let me play another disk what should I do??

@caycaycool what kind of disk is it? Play how ( is it an audio disk, video disk, game disk), have you tried it in another computer? Have you checked the contents of the disk?
