How to close the iPhone 6 properly

When replacing an iPhone 6 screen i have the following thing that botters me.

The iPhone on which i replaced the screen has a little 'space on the upper left side (on the height of the volume buttons) when its dark you see a little light. also if i push a little harder the screen goes a tiny bit down.

Question: Does this have to do with the way i click the screen in the phone?

Instruction video A shows: you have to click from top to bottom

instructoin vido B shows: once you placed it on the top, first click the bottem in and them slowly click the screen in upwards....

any advice?

Thanks

Chosen Solution

The iPhone 6 Frames are very prone to bending and warping which prevents the screen from sitting correctly, I have had this issue with the screen being raised slightly above the volume buttons a couple of times and a new frame has always resolved the issue.

Yes, after all this time I found this is the best solution. (Also bending the frame back, with the right equipment ofcourse, is a good solution to a slightly bent phone

Slide the top part in (so that the frame is under the outer frame of the phone), and then work your way down from there until the phone sits flush on all edges. Press hard and firm as it's not the easiest thing to get in there. Good luck bro!
