Black lines on the Display?

I've been experiencing weird black lines on the my Macbook Screen time to time and at times the position changes and when I max out the brightness it disappears. I've attached a photo of it to this post. Anyone got an idea what they are and how to fix it?

Hi Tharindu

There are LEDs that backlight the screen.

The one circuit of LEDs appear not to be illuminating.

This could be due to a number of different reasons?

Have you checked your screens connector cable on the board?

It may not be in correctly and power is not getting to those LEDs?

Have you tested the screen ?

Sometimes the screens backlights are faulty?

Check the integrity of the screen connector cable.

There may be a tear in the cable thereby breaking the flow of current to the LEDs?
