Display issue Samsung t800 tab s 10.5

I have a T800 Samsung tab s 10.5

The tablet will work perfectly then screen will go black everything else works just no display sounds and nav buttons light up, only way to get it working again is a battery pull then will boot fine and work for hours or days

Thanks for the help any ideas?
