My tablet keeps freezing

How can I fix my tablet,it keeps getting stuck

Is this a freeze then shutdown? Samsung Galaxy Tab which model? The model number is printed at the back of the tablet located at the bottom.

Even if it's a straight out of nowhere shutdown but ya even a freeze shutdown happens to. You could of overloaded your tablet and that's the tablets failsafe but it restarts itself.

Instant shut down usually means a hardware issue. Freeze then shutdown is usually a software issue.

Anyway to solve this freezing issue, you will probably have to restore the system software on this device using Samsung Kies. The harder method is to download the firmware from sammobile and flashing the firmware onto the tablet using 'ODIN' as the program to flash the file with while the tablet is booted into 'Download mode'
