Display black but phone/touchscreen works

I got a Z3 one year ago.

But spontaneously the screen just stayed black.

I can boot the phone, the backlight is working. I wait a little bit but the screen is still black.

BUT I can touch and select camera and take a photo. I know, because I can hear the sound of camera. I can open the dial pad and dial a number, I can hear the different sounds.

The phone is original, have never been opened, no other software.

I already tried with "Xperia Companion" to install latest updates and repair the phone. Nothing worked.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Most likely LCD has gone bad. There is a very small chance of the LCD cable going loose but I really doubt it as the LCD plug is covered by a metal plate and the plate is pushed into place via the antenna housing and the two screws that hold the antenna housing.

Is glass cracked or pushing up at all on the phone?

The back glass is almost"destroyed".

A lot cracks and without back cover pieces of glass would get out .

The front is OK. (No spider app :D)

A bent frame of the phone can also cause this issue. Is the frame / housing of the phone straight of bent a bit / a lot?

I posted 2 picture of the phone.

here are two pictures of the damaged phone.

On the side, near the volume buttons, the case is bended a little bit.
