Problem With My Graphics Card

"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" - Intel HD Graphics 3000. What does this mean? Dell seems reluctant to give me an answer, apparently because my laptop is an older model and I don't wish to buy a new one at this time simply because much of my software will be very expensive to upgrade if I do.

Hi, Try starting in 'safe mode' to see if it is a driver problem or a hardware problem.

michaelart00 could be a Windows issue as well as a video driver corruption, or worst case scenario a failed GPU. Check the Dell forum and look for the answer by "DELL-Terry B". It explains how to proceed.
