One of earbud is not working with my clipper

Hi Team ,

One of the ear bud is not working with my Jabra Clipper , please provide some solution.My device still have warranty .But service center people are telling ear buds doesn't come under warranty.

i have the same issue,

so i teared it down and i found that the 3.5mm jack has 2 pins which soldered to the board were broke down, so it need to be soldered again.
