did I kill my ipone 6

so i took my phone to get the screen repaired they replaced it but when i picked it up my screen was jumping and moving own its own so i googled some things and tried to fix it myself which was the wrong idea oh and i broke my lcd screen when i got it back to so the touch was a bit off in certain spots going on to the real problem i couldn't turn my iphone off before i decided to fix it so i got my screen off and it was still on touching and everything then i took the clip things off and when i put it back together nothing works the screen is black i don't know if i killed siri or what but i woud like to know ive tried holding the power button nothing happens and i have hooked the charger up and nothing happens so have i killed it?

Is it detected by a computer when you plug it in VIA a lightning port?

well i did not kill it i had to "hard reset" it thats what someone suggested to me and it came on.

Ok. You likely did not kill the phone. I would follow this guide closely, and put a new quality display assembly on. The reason it was "jumping" in the first place, is because it was likely a poor quality display.
