Resistance in front drive

engine on vehicles in fine. Real strong shifts awesome power.

the problem I'm having is especially in reverse. the vehicle will come to a stop if I have not applied what I consider an excessive amount of throttle. as if I were applying the brakes at the same time.it also makes a rubbing noise. and there is noise is coming from the steering pump. But these noises only occur when I am at a very low speed under 5 miles an hour. or in Reverse making sharp turns. Also making forward terms that are sharp.

the vehicle does drive straight perfectly fine. on the interstate at 20 miles an hour basically as long as I don't turn it makes no noises .
