Why is my power button staying lit afer shutdown
When I turn it off the power button stays lit and the CPU fan stays running. Whats the problem?

Does it run real hot? If so, I know that the old Dell business class PC's would not completely shut down until they reached a certain temperature "This may be the case". I would open it up and see if it's full of dust, if it's dirty...clean it and this should resolve your issue.

It's spotless. I cleaned it yesterday. Does the same thing.
Oh ok, if it's spotless...I would replace the thermal compound. Use good stuff though like Arctic MX-4 or Tuniq TX-4, Arctic Silver 5 is ok too.
