Your TV panel is bad. As a servicer we are asked not replace the panel (once called the picture tube). The price is the same as a replacement TV. With the Holidays here, you can purchase a new TV at its best cost. Thanks for asking, Matt of Martins TV.

Matt, what causes the lower third portion of my 60” LG TV to repetitively every second or two to go from normal to blurry & jittery then back to normal? I also have had two thin horizontal lines completely across different portions of my TVs screen.
