Dead after screen replacement

Hi all-

My iPhone 6 Plus was working fine, but had a cracked screen. After replacing the screen using the iFixit kit, the phone is completely dead. It will not power on, reset, or respond to iTunes when plugged into my Macbook. It does get warm when connected to the charger, but that's it. Any suggestions?

I think a cable is not connected, open the phone and look if everything is connected.

Yes check all your connectors to make sure they are connected correct. Unhook the battery from the motherboard and then reconnect after 10 mins, power up and see what happens. Do you know what % your battery was at prior to doing the screen replacement?

Plug it into your Macbook, and do this: How to Force Restart an iPhone 6 Plus

If it doesn't show up then it's probably the logic board. I would open up the phone again if the method above doesn't work, and check to see if any components missing off the logic board by the screen connectors.

If it does however show up, then I would check to see if normal things are working such as the silent switch or Siri. If they don't (I had this happen to me on my 4s) then it might be the logic board (in my case it was).
