My iPhone is disabled it says to connect to itunes

ohk i got an iphone and forgot da passwurd and den it said to connect to itunes i did it and it was finishing restoring den an error came sumthing of internet and den my iphone wudnt on den i held the on and home button for about 20 to 30 secs and it ons but its still disabled plzz help

Options

You'll need to contact your network provider for sim unlock. You won't be able to get iTunes to restore without sim unlock. You could borrow friends sim if same network to activate phone. You'll only be able to use as iPod unless you get new sim from network
