Hi,
Not sure if this is a help or not but you may wish to check the following fuses to see if they are OK.
Instrument panel fuse block - under dashboard
Fuse 17 - Tail lamps
Fuse 26 - Parking lamps
Fuse 13 - DRL Module (daytime running light)
Underhood fuse block - passenger side
Fuse 5 - DRL
Fuse 8 - DRL
Fuse 34 - Parking lamps
