My PS4 seems to be working fine, there is no flashing blue light and it isn't making any weird noises. However, when it is plugged into my TV it does not show up on the screen. I have tried multiple HDMI cables and different TVs, nothing works.

You likely have a bad HDMI port. This is VERY common in PS4's. They are a really bad design...you can see why in this video. It's fixable and it usually costs under $100 to have it replaced.

Does it turn on at all or does it turn itself off straight away?
Could be logic board damaged and it could be other things instead.
Do you still have warranty, if yes you should get it replaced. Warranty period is 1 year depending on country.
