Camera Lens and camera

I have both the 55 mm lens and the 200 mm lens. I noticed the other while cleaning the camera that the lenses weren't acting properly when attached to camera. They don't want to focus and also making a strange noise. I am not sure if it's the lense or camera. Also the lense circle on the back of the lense fell into the lense while cleaning. I need some help !!! Please !!
