Siemens built in coffee maker TK68e57uc/03 brew unit is out of sync

My Siemens coffee maker brew unit runs to the brew position before it grinds the beans. The ground coffee falls into the dreg tray instead of the brew chamber

Same here. Probably the seals need replacing - buy from ebay; or buy whole new brew unit as I did.
