How to fix a black screen on an iPhone 6?

I have an IPhone 6 and I dropped it in water I tried to put it in rice but know the phone stays with a black screen. When I put it to charge it makes a beeping noise every 15 seconds. And it gets burning hot to the touch when it is charging what should I do?

Rice is not a solution for a wet phone. You have shorts on the logic board that can only be removed by microscopic inspection, ultrasonic cleaning, and micro soldering. Every time you attempt to turn it on or charge it you are making the damage worse, which is why it's getting hot. Find a shop that can perform the needed steps.
