dust run into proximity sensor

When I look directly at the sensor as the attached photo shows, I see dots that I don't know whats they are? I tried to puff into the sensor but nothing happened. can any one tell me what these dots are?

Was you able to view the picture I attached to my question?

Because the camera is working just fine. I mean the dots I see are not in the photo I shoot. They are located inside the two holes that looks like a camera ( at the top medile of the front side of the phone).

Oh you can clean that with a cotton bud usually. They are dust particles either sitting on the glass or the front camera.

That is not the proximity sensor. That is the front camera most likely you are talking about. The dots you are seeing would most likely require replacing the front camera flex cable assembly.

Proximity sensor is used during phone calls when you put your phone near your ear the screen turns off.
