The screens dont light up even though the device is on
The Nintendo DSI is on but the screen isn't lit up. Everything else works. I just want to know what I can do to fix it.

1. Get a new screen
2. Get a new 3DS
3. Write an angry letter to the people at Nintendo and tell them your uncle who works at Nintendo as well.
