Why does my Moto X not play music when calls come in?
Automatically my moto x play does not play music (audio and also not ringing when incomeing calls ?

Hi Krupa
Have you try to reset it to factory settings?
If after reset is the same it maybe the speaker or something with the logic board.

i reset it twise but no result ......what should i do now .....
You will need to replace the speaker and see if this fix the issue. If not we have to see if there is any problem with the connections on the logic board
