Noise when printing sounds like a gear is not engaging

How can I fix this Dell Printer noise?

The noise starts as soon as the printer revs up to print.

It may be a spring inside that has lost tension and is not causing the gears to properly catch. At what point in the printing process do you hear the clicking/grinding noise? Paper feed, rear rollers?
