MIC and Speaker not working

I cannot make calls,

when i play music no sound comes.

When i open any app that includes the mic, it crashes.

When i dial any number i get system not responding error.

I reloaded stock and did factory reset but same problem persist

Is my hardware, mic and speaker faulty and needs replacement?

Hi Relf

You have to replace them to know if they are bad. Usually they don't go bad easily but they may.

So the only thing you can do is replace them and see if that solve the problem.
