Why does my tablet keep flashing boot up screen and thats all
Can't do a hard reset no volume button... Plz help... It plug up to charger but keeps flashing and won't go pass bout up with dogs...

Hi, Do you mean that it literally has no Volume Up button? If so please verify the model number of your tablet, as the RCT6773W22 has one. Or do you mean that there is one there but that it doesn't work?
