Can this get fixed?
my iPhone 6 was dropped has a cracked screen and now the touch screen doesn't respond and has red coloured lines running down it. Can I get this fixed and what is it??

Could be as simple as a screen replacement. All of these functions are contained within the screen. It could also be more serious, but start with the screen as that will probably correct it.
