My iPhone 5 just got a new battery and still worked after battery got put in but now the screen is completely black and won't charge it's not making any noises either. PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!

Can you try to connect the iPHone to the computer and see if itunes detects it. Try puttting it in DFU mode.
Did the iphone stop working completely after the battery dies, could symbol a faulty battery.
