Keyboard problem after swap it form JP to RU

I changed top-case and keyboard of my mac from JP to RU. After that only power button is workable. Any other buttons do not work (Not only in OS, ever - I checked it by holding D key during the boot and nothing happends). May be keyboard is broken, but may be I need to do something special after this changing to make it work? I tried to reset SMC and NVRAM (I'm not sure about of successfully). Any ideas?

PS: Sorry for for my English.

Hello.

Try to do an SMC reset. With the computer turned off, unplug the battery from the board, keep the power button pressed for 10s, after that releas the power button, plug the battery back in, connect the magsafe charger and try to power up the macbook. If this is not working, try to check the keyboard cable again, see if is pluged ok. Try to plug an external usb keyboard and do the PRAM reset. Hope one of this will fix your problem.
