How to fix xbox one
I put a disc in and it makes a really load noise and i take the disc out and find alot of scratches

Sounds like a malfunctioning disk drive. If it's still on warranty you can send it into Microsoft and get them to fix it for free. If not, buy a disk drive on here and follow the tutorial given to replace it. Hope this helps!
