How to replace the CMOS Battery

I am in need of directions for my HP TouchSmart IQ804 Desktop PC to change the CMOS battery in my computer - how to open the computer and where the battery is at.

@kas2016 download the service manual from here. (Download will start automatically) Page 8 will show you how to remove and replace the battery.
