Hi,
You cannot connect a Chromecast HDMI device into your Samsung tab 4 because the tablet does not have a HDMI port. It only has a USB port.
The tablets which do have a HDMI port you will find that it is a HDMI output port not a HDMI input port. This allows it to be connected to a TV via the HDMI connection, so that what is being shown and heard on the tablet can also be seen and heard on the TV.
For Chromecast to work you need to connect it to a device which has a HDMI input such as a TV.
