Wifi and Bluetooth not working?

Hello,

I have an iPhone 3G and am having problems getting WiFi and Bluetooth to work. I have tried to restore the phone with success to version 4.0.1, but am still having problems with WiFi and Bluetooth, which leads me to believe it is a hardware issue.

Would something like this suggest that I need to replace the logic board?

if you search back through ifixit then answers say it is connector 6 (which i don't think they sell on here but you can get on ebay)iPhone 3G GPS Antenna Replacement

as to the bluetooth.... mine has never worked from day 1, has yours ever worked?

have a good read over some of the other solutions...
