I left my iPhone 6s under the sun for almost 3 hours (yep, accidentally) and the backlight plate got kind of melted (I don't know, I only see dark stains under the screen). The question is: will I get the error 53 in the process of changing that particular part of the device?

no.
just be really careful when removing the home button and flex.
if you do damage them all is not lost. they can be replaced as apple have released an update to partially deal with the error.
