put in wrong language

I accidently deleted the English language from my digiland DL808W. I now have a foreign language on my tablet, how can I get the English language back?

1.Press reset button.

2. Hold down the up volume button and power button together.

3. A menu in English will show up

4. Choose restore option.

5. Dead android with caution sign will appear.

6. Hold down the up volume button and press and release power button.

7. Choose factory reset option

*THIS OPTION IS TO FACTORY RESET ANY PICTURES APPS THAT YOU HAVE ADDED IF THEY ARE NOT BACKED UP WILL ERASED!!!!!

This is for Android-based tablets. OP, you'd be better off going on google and searching up your issue on forums based around Windows. Specifically, forums based around Windows 10 itself. If you can log in to your tablet without any issue, you can also use the Google Translate app, if you have a smartphone or tablet that you can use nearby. Just open up the app and snap a photo of your screen, making sure that the text of the system language is clearly legible by your eyes. Once you are done, you can set whatever language the system is currently locked into back to English. You can poke your way through back to English by doing this.

I've held down the volume button and power button together but the different language doesn't come on the screen it says something like entering Dnx mode waiting for fastboot command. What else can I do
