Why does horn go off by itself?

Last night i went to store and about 15 mins later after getting back home, the horn start blaring with no one near it. unplugged battery cable and there was some build up on positive. What could have caused the horn to start blaring by itself like that?

crazystyx9311 sounds like a bad horn relay. Replacing that should resolve the issue. Remove relay (BLACK) from the relay center located under the glove box.
