How to dissemble the device Philips SBM130

I need to open the speaker to check something, the power switch seems broken or either the battery but I can't find any screw or opening to open it? Any idea how?

LoL. I found the answer myself never mind. Just need to poke out the front grill.

I tried with an screwdriver but still failed

Are there any screws??
