Power Led Lights up when connected with charger

Hi I have a Probook 4710S

It had a black screen when starting up. I plugged in a vga and still no display, opened checked and cleaned contacts and had no luck. Then I done what I have succeeded with many times before by heating the graphics chip and ever since then all it does is give me the power led when plugged into the power supply the light remains on and when pushing the power button there is no power at all, no sound or movement of cpu fan.

Please assist?
